set mime_forward=ask-yes
I prefer 'ask-yes' so that when I forward, it will use an attachment by
default, but I have the option of saying 'no' to make it an inline forward.
Other possibles:
yes Always use attachment
no Never use attachment
ask-no Attachment is possible, but is not the default
