There are probably people who use this feature. For example if you
create a packed archive which you only need for one mail.
But this is probably less than 5% the case and one can still remove
such temporary files by hand.

If you are aware of this feature you may check the `-' at the left.
But I was surprised too that such a feature exists at all.
And I think people don't want to read the _whole_ manual before start
using Mutt.

I think this feature should be removed or else there should be a
warning prompt:
Should this file be removed after composing is done? (yes/[no]):
