Dead link and fcntl error

Hi

I have recently installed mutt-1.0pre3us and it almost works great. When I'm quiting 
the program and being asked if I want to move my messeges to another folder. I get the 
following error:
        fcntl: No locks available (errno = 37)

Why this?

By the way, the link to the Mutt FAQ is dead.
