This is a set of 8 patches. Patch 1 is the original neomutt sidebar patch from https://github.com/neomutt/neomutt/commit/c796fa85f9cacefb69b8f7d8545fc9ba71674180
Patch 2 removes and relocates some of the extra files included in the patch. Patch 3 has some initial fixes I made. I changed the redrawing logic and removed redraw calls that were sprinkled through the code. (It's cleaner, but there may be a few places that need to be flagged for redraw.) Patch 4 fixes some check_sec.sh warnings. Patch 5 re-indents and restyles sidebar.c Patch 6 fixes validation errors with the manual. (It also removes a large chunk of the introduction section.)
