[MUC] MUC / Debian howto?

Hi all

I would like to install MUC on a Debian Squeeze box.
1°) Is MUC packaged in Debian?
2°) Would you know a "howto" with just Debian packaged tools?
3°) If compiling is required, I'll have to package (no problem)
