Hi Luca,

I've just deleted the file and uploaded it again, but it looks like  
it's still stuck in the same state. We'll give it a couple of hours  
and see what happens. I think there may still be issues with the file  
release system there.

If anyone just wants to get it going in the meantime, the snapshot  
here should do the job:
