I checked several of the fields and they are empty, plus I can't imagine how it would happen over 1500 times. Some of the data may have been cut and pasted from an Excel file, but that applies to the ones that are working as well. When I run a filter in the "IS NOT NULL" query on the blank fields for "Does NOT equal blank," it hides all the rest of the blank fields. I'll have to double check for spaces and such tomorrow, it's getting late here. Brad
