maybe not everyone but MANY do. Far more than those who don't simply by the numbers , 1+ billion in china will 1+ in india will .. i am sure that hundreds of millions in the US do, along with hundreds of millions in europe+ russia.. Anyone old enough to remember 1989 will konw what the red star is. So you are in the minority when you say that the red star is not a communist icon.
