You do not need to install plugins.All you need to do is to "borrow" them from the Programs which you may already have,such as Windows Mewdia,Quicktime,Acrobat,etc.The same plugins should be in at least oner Netscape Plugins folder.Just Copy from it,and Paste.You can Copy and Paste the entire Plugins folder.I have been doing it for all Netscapes,Mozilla,including nightlies,and it works well.
