I has to do with the PSM(personal security manager).I had some other 
problems with the talkback installation,but none at all with the install 
file.In the case of the Firewall,you will have to give access to Mozilla 
and PSM,but I do not believe that the crash had anything to do with your 
problem.I would check  at the Mozilla website.
