True? Maybe. Poorly phrased? Absolutely. ;) It's stuff like that that
makes people like Philip M. Jones feel like their concerns are being
ignored in favor of what developers think a browser should do, and makes
people like Ross Evans feel justified in whining and generally
irritating developers.
Developing a product for people whose requirements are driven by
end-user needs and preferences is developing a product with the end-user
in mind. Saying otherwise is just semantic meandering with no real
relevance, and only serves to alienate potential users.
