Exporting Messages from Netscape 7.2 to Outlook 2003

I want to export all of my e-mail messages and folders from Netscape 7.2 to Microsoft Outlook 2003.  I haven't found a way to do it yet and wondered if anyone knew how I would start.  Thanks.
