just pulled the cvs. it appears you never uploaded draft 4.

comments regarding draft 3:

Please talk about DecisionOne phone support and CD mail order :-)

TIPS!: Some tips for using tabs:
? Right-click on a link and select Open Link in New Tab to open
  a link in a tab.
? Hit <CTRL-T> to open a new tab.
? Right-click on a tab to get options for opening or closing tabs.

Middle click and ctrl+click is easier. This is disabled by default so talk about how to enable it. Also talk about what exactly is the Middle Button. It took me quite a long while to figure out that the Scroll Wheel IS the middle button.

Figure 5: Search example showing Sidebar and G o o g l e search results.

Nice, you included context menu in the screenshot. Great job :-)

Note also that you can search your own Bookmarks, and you can also
search for text or links on a displayed web page (see following
sections for more on these features).

huh? Where is it. Put a page # maybe?

Mozilla offers a number of features to improve the viewing
of images. These include:
? The ability to block images from displaying (you can override
this by allowing images from sites you select to be allowed to
  display)
? The ability to block pop-ups (see detail section in this
  document)
? The ability to prevent animated images from looping (repeating
over and over), or to stop the animation after one cycle
? The ability to resize images which are too large to fit the
  screen

wordy, try

Mozilla offers several features to improve page viewing:

- Pop-up blocking. Feature available since February 2002 !

 - Block images, images from third-party sites, or images on
a per-site basis. Also block images in mail.

- Control looping of animated images

- Resize images to fit screen

Pop-ups are often advertising, and may be annoying or intrusive;

no joke. According to TechTV ScreenSavers, pop-up is now the #1 Internet annoyance (spam, which previously lead the pack, is #2). Try: "According to polls, pop-ups is the #1 Internet annoyance."

I think #2 should follow this feature :-)

Does StarOffice suck on kerning or what? This is PDF and I expect much better result. Can you not use space " " and uses the word processor's text spacing feature?

BOOKMARKS AND PERSONAL TOOLBAR

A closely related feature is the ability to drag and drop everything. For example, you can drag and drop text in URL bar and form controls. Not even MSIE can do this! Talk about true integration! :-)

"Want to bookmark a page? Just drag the proxy icon in the URL to the Bookmarks icon or anywhere in the URL"

"DO YOU KNOW: You can drag and drop almost everything in Mozilla across component and application. Not even Internet Explorer (oops, should we can Windows Explorer?) can do this!"

TEXT RE-SIZING

I prefer that you don't talk about this. A frequent complaint is that text zoom does not "stick". If you must talk about this, mention that text zoom is meant as a temporary solution and does not persist across sessions. The bestion solution is to flame Web Monsters who have to wear geeky glasses too large for their head.

(btw, I wear glasses too. Need to switch to contacts... :-o)

Mozilla themes, sometimes referred to as skins, are "window dressing"
which can give your browser a look suited to your personal style.

Theme is not skin. I think I saw somewhere the distinction, need to find it. Try "...give your application a look..." . Theme is deeper than a component skin.

Mozilla comes with a few standard themes you can use,

"Mozilla ships with two standard themes"
