This gets rid of the dependency on the ORO regex matcher in favor of the
built in Pattern and Matcher classes in java 1.4. Now the code should
build with just "ant dist". Cleaning up all of the compiler warnings
and deprecations is the next task.
I also fixed an obvious problem found by Eclipse in
BadFilterException.java: setErrorLineNumber() was just broken.
