I guess this is sort of off topic, and I'm not really interested in
online book publishing, but to me this speaks to a poor design. I
design and maintain simple web pages, and I work hard to make sure
that information is clear.
If it were me, after two tries to figure something out, I just forget
it and move on.
Bad design, bad marketing.
