Hello everyone I'm having difficulty visualizing type II landmarks that I assigned in TPS after exporting them in .txt format to MorphoJ. Despite following the standard procedure, these landmarks are not appearing in MorphoJ for geometric morphometric analysis.
- What factors might be causing this lack of visibility? - Are there any specific adjustments or checks I should make in TPS (or MorphoJ) to ensure that these landmarks are properly included in the analyses?
