Hi Pablo,

Try this
(write.csv(vecx(data$dataslide),"dataslide2.csv")

Best,

Antonio

Subject: [MORPHMET2] Trouble exporting slidden Landmarks

Dear community,

I'm so sorry for this quite basic question but I can't solve it by myself. I
ran a GM analysis using the Morpho package and now I want to export slidden
landmarks in the original space but when I tried to export them as a .csv file
(write.csv(data$dataslide,"dataslide2.csv") the file does not have the typical
form of rows = specimens and col = variables, but it looks like the attached
screenshot (row = landmarks and col = individuals). Somebody can indicate to me
how I should export this dataset to obtain the typical format of a data frame?
Thank you in advance for your help.

All best,

Pablo
