Hi everyone, I use MorphoJ for the processing of landmark-based data. If I do a regression, e.g. on procrustes coordinates against some non-shape variable, I can then export the residuals to check for normality. However, if I try to do a regression of a particular PC score against a non-shape variable, the regression runs, and the plot and results are displayed, but when I export the residuals (file/export dataset/..) only the empty *.txt file is exported. No warning or error message appears. I can't find anywhere what the limits might be in this regard for specific types of data entering as variables in a regression in the MorphoJ environment. Is there maybe some limit of minimum "N" for each subgroup in the dataset or so? Anyone would give me some hint in this regard, please?
