Hi, The GRF-ND (https://sbmorphometrics.org/morphmet/grf-ndz.exe) by Dennis Slice does that. It is an old program which runs only on MS-DOS, but it can be run under Windows and Linux by means of a decent DOS emulator.
Unfortunately, the Pascal source code is not available, otherwise this program could be recompiled for running under current operating systems. Hope this helps.
