Babette,
If you are going to use landmarks, having identical and matching set of 
landmarks for *every* sample is a requirement of the analysis, not just 
MorphoDig's requirement. You cannot selectively choose different landmark 
sets for different skulls in your sample and analyze them together. 

Are you in a situation that different landmarks are missing in different 
skulls, so when you try to exclude all missing landmarks, you have far 
fewer than the 23 you begin with?
