Hi, I’ve used viewbox for 3D analysis. It is the only software I’ve ever used for 3D so I can not compare it to any other, but I think it is useful and easy. I was able to export landmark coordinates to geomorph but you have to go through txt or cvs files; not directly. Do you have any specific question? PS: their support team is very friendly and competent.
