Dear Andrea, There is an excelent tutorial for MorphoJ and some of the TPS apps, developped by Prof. Dr. Hugo Benítez (Universidad Católica del Maule, Chile). His tutorials are actually the practice lessons of a course on geometric morphometrics for beginners that he gave online last year. The course was given in Spanish, but maybe it is possible to activate the subtitles on YouTube. Here is the YouTube channel of Prof. Dr. Benítez' lab where you will find all the lessons of the course (the "clases prácticas" are the ones of software tutoring, where he explains nice, slowly and thoroughly all the steps for the analyses in MorphoJ and TPS): https://www.youtube.com/c/EMELab There are other awesome tutorials produced by Dr. Carmelo Fruciano, but I had access to these when I did his course on GMM last April. I reckon they are opened only for the students at the time of his course.
