Felipe Garzón Agudelo pointed out there was still a problem in tpsRelw if one outputs the aligned specimens after specifying using Boad coordinates. That should now be fiexed. I now made the choices explicit whether to save Procrustes aligned with centroid size = 1 or Boas coordinates with their original centroid size values. The tpsRegr program also includes the Boas option but it simply allows one to save the aligned specimens for whichever scaling option you are using (Procrustes or Boas).
