Dear all

I'm beginner with GMM and I was use it in my work on fish systematic PhD In
Algeria. Please can you help me.
I digigitalized my data, did a GPA in TpsRelw after that removing fish
arching.
Know. I must do statistical analysis on residuals coming from regression.
Which data should be used ? If the corrected data after removing arching, I
have only PCA coordinates. How, can I do regression on centroide sizes?

Thanks
