Dear all I'm beginner with GMM and I was use it in my work on fish systematic PhD In Algeria. Please can you help me. I digigitalized my data, did a GPA in TpsRelw after that removing fish arching. Know. I must do statistical analysis on residuals coming from regression. Which data should be used ? If the corrected data after removing arching, I have only PCA coordinates. How, can I do regression on centroide sizes?
