I was looking into writing a Dist::Zilla plugin that would send out email
announcements when uploading a build, but I ran out of tuits. Plus, I
don't think Moose/CMOP is using dzil yet anyway :(
FWIW, there are bot announcements on #moose, so you could trigger off of
those for now. But an email announcement (plus a post to the blog perhaps)
would be super-handy.
