[Modus] ModusMail 3.x antispam not working...

I'm working on upgrading from modus 2.x to 3.x.I'm currently testing it in the lab. The problem is it doesn't seem to stop anything. I'm sending stuff which I'm assuming should be blocked (no way to check the scripts anymore) but it gets through. It's pretty much a default config and it's set to scan all incoming mail and no overrides or whitelist entries.
