Unfortunately this bug needs some help from Firefox Desktop. I think we should try to find someone on the Desktop team who is interested in creating a patch for this. This bug is about Air Drop. Which is unrelated to Handoff. I have modified the bug to reflect that. We should definitely fix this because it is a useful feature. One note: the crash is an assertion being triggered, which only happens in our debug builds. Air Drop works well on App Store releases, I use it frequently. (Assertions are disabled on those builds) But we should look into that assertion anyway and fix whatever is causing that. S.
