In the general case, major search engines are language-independent, and
rely on HTTP Accept-Language headers to determine the correct UI and result
set to return.  YMMV depending on the entered search term.  There are
exceptions for certain providers who have territory-specific results (i.e.
Yahoo and Amazon are examples of this).  That's not really a language
question, more of a geo-location issue.

Can you provide more specifics on the use case you're looking to
support/address?
