As part of Platform Operations on-going efforts to migrate automated builds and tests from Buildbot [1] to the new Taskcluster [2] framework, you may notice "Android 4.3 API15+ opt" and "Android 4.3 API15+ debug" tests run from Taskcluster: See the "tc" jobs at [3].
For now, Android 4.3 tests run from Taskcluster are classified as Tier 2. As explained at [4], that means that results are shown by default on treeherder, but are "for information only": test failures will not result in backout. The traditional Buildbot-originated tests continue to run as Tier 1. At some time in the future, the Taskcluster jobs will be elevated to Tier 1 status and the Buildbot jobs will be retired. At this time, no changes have been made for "Android 4.2 x86 opt"; I may look at that in Q3. As far as I can tell, the Taskcluster-originated tests behave just the same as the Buildbot-originated ones.
