The key point is:
Output : Package openjdk-7-jdk is not available, but is referred to by
another package.
so the bootstrap did not succeed. I think you'll need to get this to work
before you can build at all. I see you are running Ubuntu 16; it's
possible the bootstrap doesn't work on this newer version.
You will need to run |mach build| between step 3 and step 4. That will
tell you what the next error to solve is.
