There is a slight annoyance: I use the "Copyright" plugin in Intellij to
add the copyright to new files automatically and I don't know if it's
possible to reconfigure it to use a certain header in some places and a
different (or missing) header in other places. For convenience, I'd opt to
keep adding the MPL header.

Also, if we were to verify the headers via checkstyle [1], we'd have to
deal with a similar annoyance. But we can cross that bridge when we come to
it.
