Thanks for moving this idea forward and starting this doc. I also added a view ideas to volunteer people for talks :)
Another side-benefit of these talks can be improved documentation, since in the process of preparing a little talk, people will need to solidify their understanding of how things work, and ideally write that down somewhere.
