Hi Tushar,

You can do both of these things without changing the code itself, using a
distribution:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Distribution_Files

Follow directions there to create a distribution directory to add a new
search plugin and set a pref to change the default search engine. After
that you can re-package Firefox with the distribution directory.
