Adding Jake as the new tc-gh maintainer, dropping Morgan, who has
moved on to more spider-monkey-ish pastures.

This would be great to see, but the downside is that we don't have any
OS X workers defined in TaskCluster right now. It's certainly
possible to "bring your own" and run generic-worker or something like
that, but it's not going to be turnkey the way TC is now with Linux.

We're *building* for Firefox Desktop right now using cross-compilation
on Linux, but obviously that doesn't allow testing. If that would
work for Firefox for IOS, great!

We're going to have to solve this problem for desktop Firefox soon,
and when we do there's every possibility of sharing the OS X resources
among projects. Just nothing to offer yet.
