The changeset ID is in the hg commit, so you should look for a comment in the bug that has a URL to the mozilla-central commit, like this: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1243387#c13
The last part of that URL is the changeset ID, in this case 67713b7ddcd1.
