My apologies:

both api-11+ and x86 share the same update rule. locking that rule to the
previous nightly freezes updates for both.

Firefox for Android nightly 42.0a1 updates are frozen at buildid
20150717030202 for:
   - api-11+
   - api-9-10
   - x86
