Good afternoon my fellow penguins. I have some good news for all. those who where present last Saturday's meeting heard it first. After some inquires to V squared the producers of the Tech TV show "Gadgets" i have got the opportunity to promote both Linux & OSS communities to be featured on the show.
As noted on Facebook some may consider my posts as "Spam" and that i am not "Civil" enough in MLUG's diplomacy, and like everything i have taken note but i would like to point out that "I" who got the spot and raised their awerness (well more like stalked/pestered/spammed them for attention) manged to get called to diccuss OSS & Linux on Wednesday and most likely filming will take place on Friday and might be aired on Saturday. Since I have a short time slot to create and prepare all the wounder that LINUX & OSS have to offer, i am sharing the spotlight with MLUG, i may not be diplomatic and more of a dictator when i say: Please send me any works / methods / opinions of presenting Linux & your favorite open source applications for presentation on local tv. I will of course work around the time that they will give us and try to cram in as much information but at the same time keep it hip and cool. if any ONE from MLUG would like to be present for the meeting as well as collaborate on the production of the show your more than welcome.
