Jonathan, as alternative, you may check google or ebay for 'Android TV
box'. There are quite interesting gadgets out the for 65$ (like wifi
Mini X). One problem for most of them is heating.
Raspbery Pi cannot be quad by price target - the main goal of the
project. But there are alternatives out there, like
