The camera is a Sony a100 DSLR (formerly Minolta), with a 300mm telephoto
lens from my pre-digital days. Not sure about aperture and exposure. I took
a reading off an average direction and set it to retain the levels
throughout.

The Birgu photo consists of 39 individual photos, and the shot from
Tal-Virtu has 56.

It would be interesting to find a spot from which I could see the entire
coastline - 360 degrees. Any thoughts? There are lots of other views I
intend to shoot.
