Hi Andrew, If I remember correctly, a long time ago you have proposed a similar word, "defenestration" - am I correct, was that you?
In any case, exfinister is better than defenester, as defenestration is the act of throwing someone out of a window: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defenestration (and it's also the name of a heavy metal band). On the other hand, exfinister is unused!
