I have just been playing with some anonymous proxy servers. There are
many but some don't work very well, but I've now found a great one.
http://anonymous-proxy-servers.net/en/jondonym
(The Java version worked best for me.)
Its worth a check to just to see how much infomation sites get when we
visit them. I think the best type of proxy server are the ones that give
incorrect IP data, as opposed to the type that block all infomation to
the site visited, as they then will know that a proxy is being used!
If you want to just test your output infomation without installing
anything. Go to the top link and run their Anomity test. _you will be
surprised_. he! he!
jonDo links to the Firefox brouser and can then be activated if required
during FireFox start up as a profile.
The downside it slows browsing down a little.
