This is the official answer I got when I wrote to Microsoft Malta. No daniel the Agreement, similar to other Government Agreements is bound by certain data protection. if you need to know anything just ask. Is it possible to have a copy of the agreement reached between microsoft and the government of Malta? So we are still in the dark ages! Why do we pay taxes? Do we have the right to know how much money it's going to cost us? Are we tied to just microsoft? daniel --
