Thanks Keith. Actually I was a bit impatient and tried searching via google.
I managed to download drivers from an Australian Canon site, and managed to
install the printer driver.. I then tried to scan from a utility in 'mint'
xfce itself, and it worked.. What I haven't figured out yet is how to switch
print quality, like draft, normal, or best.
By the way do you know of anyone using Linux Mint Xfce?
