Just finished reading an article in the ST supplement paper that covers Windows and Linux.
Considering the number of errors in this article (and omissions, what happened to Mac??) I'm sure that many of us would like to respond. However, it may be a better idea to formulate a response within the MLUG and have that sent out instead. Some points: 1. There are more than two GUIs for Linux. I use a GUI and It's not KDE, Gnome, XFCE or CDE. 2. Windows does not support more h/w than Linux. Just look at the kernel to see the platforms Linux runs on. What was the last version of Windows to run on Sparc?? There's a start. Perhaps someone would care to coordinate this?? Regs. Iain.
