Details:
On OS X 10.8.4, configuring mldonkey 3.1.3 with gd 2.1.0 installed produces
this output:
checking for libgd > 2.0.14... no (found 2.1.0)
And then it proceeds to build mldonkey without gd support.
Clearly this version check is wrong.
