Follow-up Comment #4, bug #33003 (project mldonkey):
I thought it will be simple, but ocamlopt reorders -ccopt args and so extra
bookkeeping was needed :

This leaves -lpthread -lm -lc -lstdc++ (i.e. the libs added implicitly by
compiler) linked dynamically.
