- warn at runtime if a certificate is not yet valid or has expired
- remove ifdef's to reduce the delta between portable and master
- rename to libexec/smtpd instead of libexec/opensmtpd for consistency

- unbreak build on GNU/Hurd due to missing sys/mount.h [3]
- add a configure check for -lcrypt on GNU/kFreeBSD and GNU/Hurd [4]
