So, I need to do this: match in on $ext_if proto tcp from any to $ext_if port smtp rdr-to 127.0.0.1 port spamd pass in quick on $ext_if proto tcp from <spam-bypass> to $ext_if port smtp instead of pvevios syntax: no rdr on $ext_if inet proto tcp from <spamd-bypass> to $ext_if port smtp rdr on $ext_if inet proto tcp from any to $ext_if port smtp -> 127.0.0.1 port spamd pass on $ext_if inet proto tcp from any to $ext_if proto smtp
