I took it for granted that they would cover travel and accommodation, although I have yet to see them state that in so many words (more along the lines of 'we need to let the hotel know when you arrive and depart'. Then again, everything to do with this conference has been happening well behind schedule, and one is left to wonder if one or more RFC1149 hops are involved in the mail delivery. All responses have been very late in coming.
