caveat emptor. if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. same everywhere. it's just as likely to happen with some random online store in a 'western' country. small, high value, easily sold/used... it's hard to think of something that is better than memory sticks / flashcards as an easy target for people dealing in stolen/fake goods.
